Meditation is a charged term for many folks and brings up visions of sitting cross-legged for hours looking to reach Enlightenment. Folk new to meditation struggle to quiet the unending chat in their minds and think that they have failed at their meditation if they could not to manipulate their thoughts. The genuine point of meditation, though , is to teach us what a quiet mind feels like, not to have a quiet mind for a whole twenty or 30 mins.
